Sound massage

Sound massage

In sound therapy work, singing bowls and gongs are struck and sounded on or beside the dressed body. The resulting oscillations are transferred to the body and move it into gentle vibrations. This stimulates and harmonises every single cell in the body and brings it into a deep, sustained state of relaxation.
Physical blocks and tension – e.g. in the muscle area – can be relieved, emotions can come into flow again. The body’s self-healing powers are strengthened, creativity and zest for life are regained. On all levels movement can occur again. This also has a positive effect on self-awareness and self-confidence.
In the accompanying therapeutic conversation, the sound experiences can be discussed as required and linked with the personal life situation.

To give sound massages for psychiatric diseases, even if they date back longer, I am not trained.
